ABOUT LINDA BLAZIER, NP
Experienced and Knowledgeable
Linda Blazier is an advanced practice Adult Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated with her Master's degree from SUNY Buffalo in 2007. She achieved ANCC board certification shortly after graduation. She has experience in a wide variety of clinical settings including Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Cardiology, Intensive Care and Palliative Care. Linda has over 3600 clinical practice hours, meaning she can work independently without physician oversight.
Linda is a resident of Eden, NY and when she isn't working, she loves to spend time outdoors. She owns a small farm with her husband, John and together they enjoy their horses, dogs and other farm animals. Linda and John have a combined family of 8 children who they raised together.


ABOUT JESSICA HILL, FNP
Jessica Hill is a Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated with her Master’s Degree from D’Youville College in 2021. She is AANP board certified. Jessica has a background in urgent care as well as wound care. Jessica is dedicated to addressing the root causes of illness and supporting whole-person healing. She believes healing happens when patients feel heard, supported, and understood. She blends conventional medicine with functional, lifestyle-based approaches to help patients get to the root cause of chronic symptoms. Her care is focused on listening to patients and creating collaborative plans that support lasting health-not just symptom relief.
Jessica lives in the Southtowns with her husband and three children. Jessica enjoys watching her two daughters play softball and soccer and watching her son play football and wrestle in tournaments.
Jessica is currently accepting new patients.
ABOUT SHANNON BENTLEY, FNP
Shannon Bentley is a Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated with her Master's Degree from D'Youville College in 2020. She is ANCC board certified. Shannon has a background in Cardiovascular, Pediatrics and as an ICU Travel Nurse. Due to the increasing rates in disease and illness in the US and seeing a need within her own family and friend circle, Shannon decided to go back to school for Functional Medicine at the School of Applied Functional Medicine online, where she is currently learning to treat the root cause of illness for her pediatric patients. She is also a member of MAPS (Medical Academy of Pediatrics with Special Needs), to help treat the root causes of patients with Autism, Special Needs, Behavioral Issues, Asthma, Allergies, Eczema and more.
Shannon lives in the Northtowns with her husband and two dogs. She is very involved with her extended family, church and bible studies. She has been on 17 medical missions' trips to the Dominican Republic and Haiti with her church.
