INSURANCE PLANS

 Before visiting Colden Health and Wellness please be aware that we do not accept any insurance at this time.  We accept cash, check, credit and certain HSA/FSA cards. We don't accept insurance for a very specific reason. We want the freedom to provide health care based on science and not on directives from the insurance companies which inevitably can cause you harm.  We can supply an invoice so you may submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement when applicable.  In general, lab work and diagnostic testing is covered by your insurance if you have it. We have a set fee for service and often it is less expensive to visit Colden health and Wellness and pay cash than it is to go to the Emergency Room or Primary care office.
