INSURANCE PLANS

Colden Health and Wellness is a direct pay Primary Care Practice.  We currently accept cash, check, credit and certain HSA/FSA cards.  We put our patients and their health first, which is why we don't accept insurance for our office services. We want the freedom to provide health care based on science and not on directives from the insurance companies which inevitably can cause you harm. We can supply an invoice so you may submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement when applicable.  In general, lab work and diagnostic testing is covered by your insurance if you have it. We have a set fee for services, and it is often less expensive to visit Colden Health and Wellness and pay cash, than it is to go to the Emergency Room or a Primary Care office.
